Coaching is...

Coaching is an ongoing relationship, which focuses on you, helping you take action to realize your life goals and desires so you can create a balanced and meaningful life.

A coach is a mirror, spark plug, and cheering section.

~Imagine having someone to help you work on the stuff of your life, handing you the tools and holding the light so you can see what needs to be done and have both hands free to do it.

~Imagine someone listening, not only to your words, but what's behind them.

~ Imagine someone who will hold you accountable to keep you moving forward toward your dreams and goals.

~ Imagine a relationship with someone who is totally curious about your dreams and aspirations, who cares what you value, what you are most passionate about in your life - someone who will help you make powerful changes in your life and work.

~Imagine a relationship with someone who will tell you the truth - the truth about where you are strong, and where you sell yourself short.

~Imagine a relationship where the total focus is on you, on what you want in your life, and on what will help you achieve it.

I am that person!

Why do people want a life coach?

People who work with a coach are people who want things to be different. They are looking for change, have important goals to reach, and are ready and motivated to achieve them.

Sometimes people want more from life…more peace of mind, more simplicity, more joy - sometimes they want less: less confusion, less stress, less financial pressure. In general, they come to coaching because they want a better quality of life.

People ask me to coach them to:

~ Overcome health challenges
~ Make the most of life when it has to be lived differently
~ Develop a new/revised vision for their future
~ Achieve more satisfaction at work
~ Create balance in their life
~ Seek wellness in all areas of their life

Areas I feel especially drawn and connected to:

~ People with chronic illness/conditions who want to find their purpose
~ People on kidney dialysis who are ready to move beyond their illness
~ Those considering or in the process of an organ transplant
~ Burned out caregivers needing a life of their own
~ Family/friends of health challenged people needing help communicating
~ People needing empathy and someone to believe in them
~ Women seeking deeper meaning in life
~ Women returning to the work force

"I can talk with you about even the most difficult situations in my life and know you are always "for" me, never criticizing or judging."

"You ask me relevant questions or make suggestions that enable me to think well so I am inspired to come up with ideas for solutions."
