Welcome to Life is a GiftI'm Sharon Pahlka. I am a life coach and a speaker at conferences and seminars. My specialty and my passion is working with and speaking about people who face chronic health challenges and those who care for them. I especially love speaking to patient groups and to the health professionals that care for patients. Given my unique history of 19 years on a kidney machine and 14 years with a transplant, I have learned that Life is indeed a Gift. It just takes being ready and willing to embark on the adventure of opening your gift. As your coach, I am a partner who walks beside you, supporting, understanding, encouraging, and challenging you to be an overcomer, opening and appreciating the gift of life.
Why do people want a life coach? People who work with a coach are people who want things to be different. They are looking for change, have important goals to reach, and are ready and motivated to achieve them. Sometimes people want more from life…more peace of mind, more simplicity, more joy - sometimes they want less: less confusion, less stress, less financial pressure. In general, they come to coaching because they want a better quality of life. What you can accomplish with coaching: : ~
